Orders

Order number: Include it when you write. You’ll find it in your order confirmation email.
Returns: Read our return and refund policy.
Delivery: Orders are usually prepared within 2 to 5 business days. When yours ships, tracking follows by email; it can take up to 48 hours to update.
Address changes: Write as soon as possible. Once an order has entered fulfillment, we can’t guarantee a change.
