Refund Policy

Pommette objects are made in small runs and finished by hand. Natural variation in color, brushwork, wax surface, and finish is part of the product and is not considered a defect.

Return Window

If your item arrives damaged, broken, or incorrect, contact us within 14 days of delivery at bonjour@pommette.com. Include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photographs of the product and packaging.

Eligible Returns and Refunds

We accept return or refund requests when:

  • The item arrived damaged or broken
  • You received an item different from the one ordered

After reviewing the request, we may offer a replacement, store credit, refund, or return authorization depending on the situation and available inventory.

Items Not Eligible for Return

We do not accept returns for change of mind, scent preference, expected handmade variation, or items that have been burned, used, altered, or damaged after delivery.

Return Shipping

If we authorize a return because the item arrived damaged or incorrect, we will provide instructions for the return. Do not send an item back without contacting us first, as unauthorized returns may not be accepted.

Refund Timing

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Your bank or card provider may require additional time to post the refund after it is processed.

Cancellations

If you need to cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible at bonjour@pommette.com. We process orders quickly and may not be able to cancel an order after fulfillment has started.
