About Pommette
Pommette is a small candle house designing sculptural scented objects. Each piece is hand-poured and hand-painted in limited runs, making every candle a unique work of craft.
Products and Accuracy
We do our best to represent our candles accurately through photographs and descriptions. Because each piece is hand-painted, slight variations in color, pattern, and finish are natural and part of the artisan character of our work. These variations are not considered defects.
We reserve the right to update product descriptions, imagery, and details at any time without prior notice.
Pricing and Payment
All prices are listed in the currency shown at checkout and include applicable taxes where required. We reserve the right to adjust pricing at any time, though changes will not affect orders already placed.
Payment is processed securely at checkout through Shopify Payments. We accept major credit cards and other payment methods as displayed during checkout. Your order is confirmed only after payment has been successfully processed.
Shipping and Delivery
We ship to the destinations listed during checkout. Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected. Pommette is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs processing, or events beyond our control.
Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the carrier. If a package is lost or damaged in transit, please contact us and we will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.
Returns and Exchanges
Because our candles are handmade artisan products, we accept returns only in the following cases:
- The item arrived damaged or broken
- You received the wrong item
To initiate a return, please contact us at bonjour@pommette.com within 14 days of receiving your order. Include your order number and a photograph of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or refund at our discretion.
We do not accept returns for change of mind, as each piece is crafted by hand in limited quantities. Candles that have been burned or used are not eligible for return.
Cancellations
If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible. We process orders quickly and may not be able to cancel once an item has shipped.
Intellectual Property
All content on this website — including photographs, text, logos, product designs, and branding — is the property of Pommette and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any of our content without written permission.
Use of the Website
You agree to use our website for lawful purposes only. You may not:
- Attempt to interfere with the operation of the site
- Use automated tools to scrape or collect data
- Impersonate another person or misrepresent your affiliation
