Shipping Policy

Pommette ships hand-poured scented objects from our fulfillment partners to the destinations available at checkout. Shipping options, rates, taxes, duties, and estimated delivery windows are shown before payment is completed.
Order Processing
Orders are usually prepared within 2 to 5 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Limited releases and hand-finished pieces may require additional preparation time; if an order is delayed, we will contact you at the email address provided at checkout.
Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates
Available shipping methods and prices are calculated at checkout based on the delivery address, product availability, and carrier service. Delivery dates are estimates only and may change because of carrier volume, customs processing, weather, or other events outside our control.
International Orders
International customers are responsible for any import duties, taxes, brokerage fees, or customs charges required by the destination country unless those charges are collected at checkout. Customs delays can extend the delivery window.
Tracking
When your order ships, we will send a shipping confirmation email with tracking details when the carrier provides them. Tracking can take up to 48 hours to update after the label is created.
Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages
If your package appears lost, arrives damaged, or has not updated for several business days, contact us at bonjour@pommette.com with your order number. Please include photographs of damaged packaging or products so we can work with the carrier and resolve the issue.
Incorrect Addresses
Please review your shipping address before placing an order. If an address is incorrect, contact us immediately. We cannot guarantee changes after an order has entered fulfillment, and customers may be responsible for reshipment costs when a package is returned because of an incorrect or incomplete address.
